I take a hands-on approach that prioritizes treating the whole person. I believe that pain can stem from other body systems and lifestyle factors, which affect your movement and function.
I combine manual therapy and practical education so you understand what’s happening in your body and why each step matters.
My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to keep moving, progress confidently, and prevent setbacks.

Staying out-of-network lets me treat each person the way they truly deserve: without insurance restrictions, rushed sessions, or limits on what techniques I can use. It also gives me the freedom to offer specialized, hands-on treatments and personalized plans that many insurance-based PTs have restrictions on.
